The Consortium of Extra Virgin olive Oil Veneto DOP was born from a group of operators in the olive to protect, promote and enhance a unit, the peculiarities production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Veneto DOP and to improve collaboration with the certification body, to ensure the protection and controls on certified products, to implement adequate consumer information about the production represented both in Italy and abroad.
