BALTUSSEN Konservenfabriek B.V. was founded in 1868 and is the oldest still extisting cannery in the Netherlands. In 1998 the company became independent, after first having been part of the Sugar Union (Suikerunie). We are proud of our company. In Driel we produce for various industries and supermarkets more than 450 different items. Every day we do our utmost and profession to sustain our quality and professionalism. We not only pay attention to our individual process but take the whole chain within the industry very serious. The farmer and grower are just as important as the buyer of the supermarket as is the consumer. Our core business is making sure that the whole chain is controlled in a well manner. This means sourcing, contracting famers, transport, producing and delivering quality vegetable products in glass jars. We depend on the harvest seasons! Our portfolio carries a variety of products such as different beans, peas, carrots, sweet corn, beetroot, applesauce, peas and red cabbage. BALTUSSEN is also committed to source and grow organic vegetables. Not just because of image but it is important to us to steward people, nature and animals in a correct and honest way.
