We set great store by continuous quality improvement and product development, allowing us to respond quickly and effectively to changes in the market. Over the past few years, for instance, we have invested heavily in the production of mussels in Ireland and the United Kingdom. We also have large cultivation beds in the German Wadden Sea to guarantee the supply of large quantities of mussels over the coming years. Through these investments we can guarantee quality mussels all year round, i.e. mussels boasting a high fish weight and containing no pea crabs.
