We were in the retail business for 15 years; we had a gourmet candy and chocolate store. My husband was very disappointed in the quality of the Kosher and Parve selections of the chocolate covered pretzels. He started by only making half dipped glazed fruit with a chocolate blend of his own. He continued perfecting the recipe until we achieved a chocolate (not a coating) that tastes as good as any European chocolate.;
