One brand we created that has been extremely popular is our Mocktails, which are tea blends that mimic alcoholic beverages, an example of a blend we offer is a mimosa (a fruit blend of oranges, tangerines, pineapples etc..that have the look, aroma and taste of a mimosa-just without the alcohol.) as well as 8 other blends that mimic popular alcoholic beverages. We have created a line of spices/rubs using our teas as the base. We offer a chai (Indian spice), a smoki (lapsang souchong spice) and a smoki paprika spice as well as other tropical blends that fare well with seafood. What makes these spices unique is the naturally occurring smoki flavoring and tannins in tea that act as natural tenderizers.
