At ZZest Market and Cafe our focus is totally on amazing food. From the hand selected ingredients that line our shelves to each unique plate that comes from our kitchen. ZZest Market seeks out small batch, artisan ingredients made in the US as well as local ingredients for the cafe. Our domestic cheese case features classics like Humboldt Food, a store favorite, Roth Kase Gruyere Surchioux, to small batch produced, Green Hill from Sweet Grass Dairy. Our shelves echo that US produced items like Lucero Olive Oil, Gracious Gourmet spreads and tapenades, and handcrafted crackers from Potters in Milwaukee WI. Rochester is the home of the Mayo Clinic, so the staff (over 30,000) and patients (250,000+/yr) make our population very culturally diverse. This adds an import element.
