Quin Organics undertakes appropriate handling, processing, packaging and marketing of organically produced fruits and vegetables in Ghana. Quin Organics is a subsidiary of Quarcoo Initiatives Company Limited (QUIN). The company signs contracts with small scale farmers and farmer organisations to produce organic vegetables and fruits under irrigation. The company provides technical assistance, extension services and supervises the production of organic produce of its farmers. Control Union Certifications are the organic certifiers of our operations. Quin Organics has put up a consumer pack house facility on an 8,160 square feet land in the heart of the city of Accra. The facility is 25 mins drive from the Kotoka International Airport and Ymins drive from the Tema harbour making export shipments convenient. The company maintains a cool chain for its products. Quin Organics operates a surprise organic basket system in Accra, delivers the produce to end customers in the comfort of their homes. The company's organic basket consists of a cocktail of fruits and vegetables supplied weekly in Deluxe, Royale and Mini size packs to suit differnt family sizes. The company's most popular line is the organic pineapple juice. The juice is fresh pressed, no preservative added, no water or additives added. The juice is packaged in different sizes of PET bottles- 250ml, 330ml, 350ml, 500ml and in 4 Litre gallons ( for event organisers) The keeping temperature is maintained below 5C. For bulk exports juice may be frozen in drums or at the packaging specification of the customer for seafreighting by reefer container. ABOUT US Yayra Glover Limited was founded in 2007 with a staff of only 2 people as a private business entity. It is the pioneer licensed organic cocoa producing and buying company operating in Ghana. The orientation, incentives, training and technical supervision of farmers has evolved toward a wider social development oriented approach that includes not only learning about important issues like organic foods, pesticides, and sustainable agriculture, but also the means to effect positive change in their own lives. Thus our business is also to contribute towards operational small scale social research activities that could be ploughed back into improving the lives of farmers and their families generally.
